The Slovak Institute of Metrology (SMÚ) is a signatory of the International Mutual Recognition Arrangement of National Measurement Standards and Calibration and Measurement Certificates issued by national metrology institutes, known by its English acronym CIPM MRA. Based on the results of international comparison measurements and verification of the quality management system, SMÚ's calibration and measurement capabilities are listed in publicly accessible CMC tables, which are globally recognized by national metrology institutes and accreditation bodies represented in ILAC.
