The Slovak Institute of Metrology publishes orders and invoices based on Act No. 546/2010 Coll. of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, which amends Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, and modifies and supplements certain other laws. Article III, point 2 of this Act supplements Act No. 211/2000 Coll. on Free Access to Information by adding Sections 5a and 5b, which impose an obligation on obligated entities (including the Slovak Institute of Metrology) to publish orders and invoices on their website.
